1. The service

Wieliczka Tickets is an independent online booking service operated by Ladner Immobilien GmbH It sells guided-tour tickets with digital delivery by email. Wieliczka Tickets is not the official Wieliczka Salt Mine website.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Polish złoty (zł) and include the booking service. Payment is by credit or debit card over an encrypted connection; your bank confirms with 3D Secure. The charge happens once at purchase — no recurring billing.

3. Delivery

Tickets are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, usually within seconds. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter a correct email; if nothing arrives, support resends the tickets free of charge.

4. Your tour

Tours start at the date, time and language selected at booking. Arrive 15 minutes early. Discount tickets require a valid student or senior ID at the entrance. Children under 4 enter free.

5. Refunds

Full refund up to 24 hours before your tour time. Request it on the refunds page or by replying to the confirmation email; refunds go to the same payment method.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for schedule changes, extraordinary closures, or entry-condition changes decided by the mine.
